In an initiative to provide additional support to our athletes, on Sunday 28th February 2021 British Taekwondo President Sarah Stevenson-Jennings MBE provided a talk about mental wellbeing to the British Taekwondo National Poomsae Team. Athletes were able to listen to Sarah share some of her experiences and tips for positivity and maintaining a healthy mind.

Sarah providing this talk will make a difference to how our athletes manage their mindset both on and off the mat.

Remarking on the event, one athlete said; “I am so thankful to hear from Sarah sharing her own experiences. It has made me realise that there are some things I will never be able to change, but I can change the way I approach situations. Sarah has really helped me put things into context”.

Thank you Sarah!
