A quick introduction from Eamonn O’Rourke (BT Chair), followed by a presentation on BT’s development of a strategy to transform and grow our NGB into a member focussed provider of excellent Taekwondo club support services and exciting participation events over the next 10 years!

An introduction and opportunity to hear from each of the new volunteer led technical departments, how they have got going during the pandemic period, their plans for activity as we come out of the various lockdowns and the big ideas they have for the long term!

BT’s Major Projects
Short presentations from some of the BT staff, on the transformation projects they have been involved in behind the scenes in the last 12 months as we seek to fix and improve long standing issues like the hub system, education opportunities and how BT centrally communicates with you and our members effectively.

Marketing & Retention
Join us for a couple of really helpful club marketing and member retention sessions. Gordon Burcham gave a great talk on how to market your club, with lots of really useful tips that we would encourage all coaches to follow to help grow your clubs! This was followed by a talk from Phill Payne on member retention, providing advice on how to grow your club with lots of tips on how to make your club thrive!
